SHIPPING
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
Hugo Boss NZ has two shipping options:
$10 Courier Satchel or $25 Courier in a box - recommended for items that could be damaged in transit and required for all Suits, Coats and Jackets.
We also offer a in store pick up service for online orders from our Christchurch, Auckland or Queenstown stores.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please contact the store directly to arrange overseas shipment and quotes. We may require further ID verification before goods are shipped overseas. Payments to be made by bank transfer only.
ALL ORDERS
Orders placed Thursdays after 2pm, Fridays or over the weekend will be processed for delivery the following Monday.
We use NZ Post for all orders. Goods are sent on a signature required service.
We are able to send to a PO Box through Courier Post.
You will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped, we will contact if a delay occurs with your order.
We highly recommend you track your order through NZ Post, as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing in the post.
RETURNS

Merchandise accompanied by your original sales receipt may be returned for any reason within 5 days* of purchase for an exchange or store credit only (excluding sale items)
The merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition and with all original tags attached.
Worn, damaged (including in transit) or altered merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned. All underwear unless faulty cannot be exchanged or returned.
If the merchandise (including underwear) is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We cannot refund courier or postage costs.
