Merchandise accompanied by your original sales receipt may be returned for any reason within 5 days* of purchase for an exchange or store credit (excludes sale items)
The merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition (with all original tags attached).
Worn, damaged (including in transit back to store) or altered merchandise may not be exchanged, returned.
All underwear unless faulty may not be exchanged or returned.
If the merchandise (including underwear) is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We cannot refund courier or postage costs.
*For online orders, the 5 days starts from when the item was received
